Sushi lovers welcome! Fresh, traditional sushi and sashimi, regardless of what you’re in the mood for: salmon, tuna, yellowtail, mackerel, ikura, uni, and more. We serve all the classic maki rolls, wrapped with just the right amount of sushi rice. The ambitious (and hungry) should try more inventive rolls like the Pink Panther (spicy tuna, avocado, and peanuts wrapped in soy paper) or the Tic Tac Toe (salmon, white tuna, and tuna wrapped in rice paper). Check out our Chef Special rolls for more! We also serve hibachi dishes, hot udon noodle soup, and perfectly cooked katsu and donburis. The New Scotland Spirits Tasting Room is our company flagship, located at the corner of State & Lark Streets in Albany's historic Center Square neighborhood. Our Prohibition Era speakeasy is an elegant, intimate, cozy affair serving beer, mead, wine, and cider produced exclusively in New York State. We offer coffee and mocktails, but the cause célèbre is our cocktails handcrafted with our aged 5-to-7 year whiskies and 6 times distilled vodka and gin.
