About
Focused, in-office bodywork in Albany, NY, supporting nervous system regulation, coordination, and ease of movement. Serving clients throughout the Capital Region and Upstate New York. Sessions are brief and precise, working with specific areas or patterns rather than full-body massage. This approach emphasizes how the nervous system responds to touch and reorganizes over time, supporting integration beyond the session itself. This work is well suited for people experiencing chronic tension, stress, or patterns that haven’t responded to conventional massage. Jenn Lee is a NY Licensed Massage Therapist. Her approach is informed by clinical massage therapy, somatic regulation, yoga, and Hawaiian, Māori, and Japanese bodywork traditions.
