Dr. Celestin is chief of the Division of Allergy and Immunology at Albany Medical Center. He specializes in adult and pediatric allergy, asthma and immunology. He has a particular interest in eosinophilic disorders, urticaria, angioedema and non-HIV immune deficiencies.
