Dr. Richard Alfred is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at The Bone & Joint Center who specializes in sports medicine injuries. Dr. Alfred is available to see patients at our Albany and Malta, New York offices. He is the trauma physician for Saratoga Race Course and the team physician for Siena College, Hudson Valley Community College, and Russell Sage College. He is the former training camp physician for the New York Giants football team.

Dr. Richard Uhl is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at The Bone & Joint Center who specializes in the hand and upper extremity as well as orthopaedic trauma. He has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Uhl is a professor of surgery and residency program director and head of the division of orthopaedic surgery at Albany Medical College. Dr. Uhl is available to see patients at our Albany, New York office.

Dr. Alexander Riccio is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon at The Bone & Joint Center who specializes in nonoperative and operative treatment options for spine-related problems. He is dedicated to working with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their individual needs and goals as well as gets them back to an active, healthy lifestyle. Dr. Riccio is available to see patients at our Albany, Clifton Park, Saratoga, and Schenectady, New York offices.

Dr. Andrew Rosenbaum is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle specialist at The Bone & Joint Center. His expertise includes minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, including bunions and flatfoot reconstruction, total ankle replacement and revision, percutaneous fasciotomy and tenotomy for plantar fasciitis. Dr. Rosenbaum is available to see patients at our Albany and Latham, New York offices.

Dr. Daniel Phelan is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at The Bone & Joint Center whose interests include complex reconstructions of the knee and shoulder, arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder, and orthopaedic trauma and fracture care.He is the team physician at several local high schools and colleges, including Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Colonie Central High School.

Dr. Jordan Lisella is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon at The Bone & Joint Center who has special interests in reconstruction and trauma of the foot and ankle. Dr. Lisella is available to see patients at our Albany, Malta, Saratoga, and Schenectady offices.

Dr. Keegan Cole is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon at The Bone & Joint Center who specializes in diagnosing and treating hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow injuries and conditions, including nerve repair, nerve transfer surgery, and small joint arthroscopy. In his practice, he uses a patient-centered approach to offer each patient the time and energy they deserve to recover their mobility and functionality. Dr. Cole is available to see patients at our Albany, Catskill, and Malta offices.

Dr. Michael Mulligan is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at The Bone & Joint Center who specializes in reconstructive and arthroscopic procedures of the upper extremity. He has particular interest and experience in treating patients who suffer from hand, wrist, and elbow trauma, including complex fractures, ligament ruptures, joint stiffness, and instability. Dr. Mulligan has expertise in microvascular surgery and congenital hand deformities, as well as mini-open and endoscopic carpal tunnel release. Dr. Mulligan is available to see patients at our Albany, Catskill, Clifton Park, and Malta, New York offices.
