Samuel G. Dellenbaugh, MD

Dr. Stefanos Haddad is an orthopaedic surgeon with a subspecialty in hand and upper extremity surgery. His area of expertise includes treatment of hand, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder conditions and injuries. His practice also includes general orthopaedics and orthopaedic trauma.

Dr. Hanspal is a fellowship-trained and board-certified Sports Medicine specialist with advanced training in minimally invasive ultrasound-guided interventions. He also has specialized training in Concussion management as well as optimizing bone health by diagnosing and treating osteoporosis to improve surgical outcomes after hip and spine surgery. He oversees the OrthoNY urgent care and is developing a non-operative Sports Medicine Program.

Dr. Smith is a board-certified physician with more than twenty years of clinical experience. He specializes in orthopaedic and hand surgery, including state-of-the-art endoscopic nerve decompression techniques and XIAFLEX injections for the nonsurgical treatment of Dupuytren's contracture.

A Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve Medical Corps, Dr. Montgomery is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and highly specialized in spinal disorders. He completed a coveted two year fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and is one of the few spine surgeons dual trained by both neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons. He specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques in the management of complex cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders.

Dr. Suslak remains active in research and helps to promote advancements in orthopaedic surgery. He has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. He is currently involved in research on shoulder biomechanics, reverse total shoulder replacements, and advanced techniques in hip arthroscopy. Dr. Suslak returned to the Albany area to join OrthoNY with a specific interest in the treatment of athletic injuries, arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder, knee, and hip, and shoulder replacement surgery.

Dr. Kaback is a fellowship-trained surgeon with specialized experience in minimally invasive surgery of the shoulder and elbow, and shoulder and elbow reconstruction. His clinical interests and expertise have placed him as team physician for numerous sports programs at the collegiate and professional levels. The typical problems that Dr. Kaback evaluates and treat include rotator cuff tears and impingement, shoulder and elbow instability and dislocations shoulder and elbow arthritis, shoulder fractures (humerus, glenoid, scapula and clavicle), elbow fractures, malunions and nonunions of these fractures, tendon injuries of the shoulder and elbow, labral tears, throwing injuries and other sports injuries of the upper extremity.

Dr. DeCamp is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery with added qualification in hand surgery. While he has specialized experience in hand and upper extremity care, he practices in all areas of general orthopaedics.
