About
We are a performance physical therapy clinic dedicated to individualized care. We provide one on one treatments in order to develop a specialized program to help you rehab from injury, reduce your chance of injury and/or maintain your activity levels. We do this through hands on manual therapy and exercise. We are focused on helping athletes get back to or maintain an active lifestyle and achieve their goals. We also provide return to sport, sports performance and strength training programming for elite, professional, high school and fitness athletes, including baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, gymnastics and CrossFit.
