The New Scotland Spirits Tasting Room is our company flagship, located at the corner of State & Lark Streets in Albany's historic Center Square neighborhood. Our Prohibition Era speakeasy is an elegant, intimate, cozy affair serving beer, mead, wine, and cider produced exclusively in New York State. We offer coffee and mocktails, but the cause célèbre is our cocktails handcrafted with our aged 5-to-7 year whiskies and 6 times distilled vodka and gin.
