Welcome to Synergy Fitness & Nutrition (formerly OMNI Fitness Center)! We offer secure key card access Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Weekends from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Our fitness center is open for tours, inquiries, and new member sign-ups during our designated staffed hours and by appointment.
Staffed Hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–9:00 AM, 11:00 AM–1:30 PM, 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
If you are a non-member looking to check out the facility or schedule a personal training session outside these times, please contact us ahead of time to book an appointment.

Blessed Body Fitness offers a variety of classes based on pole fitness and pole dance, body movement, walking and moving in heels and other classes. These workshops and classes are geared toward body awareness, physical activity (exercise) and mind-body connection.
