J. David Abraham, MD

A member of the OrthoNY executive team, Dr. Alfandre is a board-certified surgeon with subspecialty training in sports medicine. In addition to providing general orthopaedic care, he specializes in using arthroscopy to treat common disorders of the knee and shoulder.

Board-certified in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Whalen specializes in care of the spine and neck, and has expertise in disorders of the cervical and lumbar spine. He is the Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chief of Surgery at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy.

Dr. Goldstock is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery. He stays busy with general orthopaedics while specializing in care of the hand and upper extremity, including shoulder arthroscopy, revision and reconstruction of the shoulder and reverse total shoulder replacement.

Dr. DeCamp is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery with added qualification in hand surgery. While he has specialized experience in hand and upper extremity care, he practices in all areas of general orthopaedics.

Dr. Congiusta is a board-certified total joint surgeon whose interests include minimally invasive techniques, partial knee replacement, aggressive post-operative physical rehabilitation and complex reconstructive procedures. Dr. Congiusta is the Chief of Orthopaedics at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, New York.

Dr. Dellenbaugh was raised in New Jersey, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Princeton University in 1996. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Army. He attended the US Army Field Artillery Officer Basic Course at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and the US Army Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia before joining the First Armored Division in Baumholder, Germany in 1997. While on active duty, he was deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina as part of Operation Joint Guard/Joint Forge to support the Dayton Peace Accords. He left active military service in 2000 and returned to the United States.

Dr. Kaback is a fellowship-trained surgeon with specialized experience in minimally invasive surgery of the shoulder and elbow, and shoulder and elbow reconstruction. His clinical interests and expertise have placed him as team physician for numerous sports programs at the collegiate and professional levels. The typical problems that Dr. Kaback evaluates and treat include rotator cuff tears and impingement, shoulder and elbow instability and dislocations shoulder and elbow arthritis, shoulder fractures (humerus, glenoid, scapula and clavicle), elbow fractures, malunions and nonunions of these fractures, tendon injuries of the shoulder and elbow, labral tears, throwing injuries and other sports injuries of the upper extremity.
