Helios Yoga is the refined hot yoga studio of the Greater Capital Region. Warm smiles and pleasant smells welcome every practitioner who walks in the door. Inside the impeccably clean studio, heat and humidity levels are always perfectly dialed-in and instructors are devoted and helpful, whether you’re a first-timer or long-time faithful hot yogi. The Helios environment is one of good taste, top-of-the-line equipment (including infrared heating), and devotion to kindness and great care, of both self and others. Experience 6 class types suited for all levels of experience including Flex & Stretch, Hot Vinyasa, H26 (Bikram), Inferno Hot Pilates and Inferno Hot Pilates Plus (weights and bands), and Power.
