Welcome to your One Stop Shop for Personal Training! Thanks for checking out my profile & reviews. I primarily offer Online Coaching services. I also offer ALL versions of traditional PT,& Group Fitness services@my fully equipped facility out of Albany NY. I'm Terry, Certified Personal Trainer & Freelance Dietary/Health Coach @an elite level for well over 13 years. A former NPC bodybuilder,amateur boxer, and lifetime MMA enthusiast, Im happy to contribute to your journey. My Personal Training services will stand out because of the Results quite frankly.
